We are private owners of 3 caravans, one of which is a luxury 6 berth 3 bedrooms, the other two are 8 berth 3 bedrooms Superior plus (Silver)
The Superior plus has 3 bedrooms. 1st Bedroom is a double, plus 2 room’s with 2 single’s in each, and a pull out double bed under the sofa in the lounge area, the caravan has a walk-in shower with a sink and toilet and it also has a separate toilet so there is no hanging around if someone is in the shower.
The Luxury has a central living area and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double with its own tv, and ensuite shower and toilet. At the opposite end of the caravan are two further bedrooms each with 2 single beds and a further toilet/shower room. This caravan is ideal for families - especially when getting ready to go out.
All 3 caravans are a stones throw from the beautiful Beach which is accessed directly from the park, and are situated in 3 different areas of the park. We are all near but not too near the clubhouse. There is a driveway next to both the silver graded caravans so you don't have to park on the road or the grass. The luxury caravan has a car park opposite it with a nice grass area directly outside it.
You had new for 2008 the Mash and Barrel and now for 2009 there is an all new Arcade and Bowling Alley adjoining it, together with a Papa John's Pizza, Pasta and Salad Bar which you can eat in or take away or even have it delivered to your caravan, there is also a new kiddie’s indoor play area.
This is an all action park and caters for all ages. It has a swimming pool with a slide and flume. There is also a sun bed and sauna area by the swimming pool. A hire shop is available where you can hire anything from bikes to towels and heaters. In the same vicinity there is a crazy golf course and a fun tower, which has multi-lane slides. There are pool tables and amusement arcades with a variety of machines. An all weather activity court, which in peak periods usually offers football coaching. For younger holiday makers you have a play area with a ball park, slides and soft toys for ages up to 12.
Also on site is a shop with an off Licence and gift shop, Photoshop, Laundrette, cafes, bars, restaurant or if you fancy a take-away there is a fish and chip shop & a Chinese take away
At night time you have a variety of things to do. The Old Cottage Inn is an adults only bar. The main venue is Neptunes, which provides the main entertainment. During busier times the second venue, Seagulls is also open and has family evening entertainment. The Mash and Barrel is an eating and drinking family establishment which has pool tables dart boards and multi screen T.Vs.
The Park is about 4 miles from Great Yarmouth town centre you also have Great Yarmouth horse racing and Greyhound racing about 2 miles down the road from the park.

You can pay the deposit money by cheque or cash through the post but if you send cash I advise you to send it recorded delivery. And the remaining balance is to be paid by cheque or cash through post.
When booking your holiday please check with me first if still available and if available for your date you will need to send your deposit in ASAP as your holiday will only be on hold for 4 working days and once your cheque has cleared your holiday will then become booked
