We are private owners of 3 caravans, one of which is a luxury 6 berth 3 bedroom and two 8 berth 3 bedrooms Superior plus (Silver).
The Superior plus has 3 bedrooms. 1st Bedroom is a double, plus 2 room’s with 2 single’s in each, and a pull out double bed under the sofa in the lounge area, the caravan has a walk-in shower with a sink and toilet and it also has a separate toilet so there is no hanging around if someone is in the shower.
And the Luxury has 3 bedrooms 1st bedroom is a double with its own T.V and an ensuite shower and toilet plus 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each and a futher toilet/shower room.
All 3 caravans are a stones throw from the beautiful Beach which is accessed directly from the park, and are situated in 3 different areas of the park, we are all near but not too near the clubhouse and there is a driveway next to both the silver graded Caravans so you don't have to park on the road or the grass, the luxury has a car park opposite it with a nice grass area directly outside the caravan. This park is full of action. The Park is for all ages, it has a swimming pool which has sun bed and sauna area, there is mini golf, a hire shop which you can hire anything from bikes to towels and heaters, it also has a fun tower which has multilane slides. There are pool tables and amusement arcades with all your favourite machines, an all weather activity court with football coaching and they do activity programme’s with where and when they are on. For younger kids you have a play barn with balls and slides and soft toys ages up to 12.

Also on site is a shop with an off Licence and gift shop, Photoshop, Laundrette, cafes, bars, restaurant or if you fancy a take-away there is a fish and chip shop & a Chinese take away.
At night time you have loads to do you have the Old Cottage Inn adults only bar and new for 2008 The Mash and Barrel eating and drinking family establishment which has pool tables, dart boards and multi screen T.Vs, there is also two family entertainment venues(please note outside peak times venue opening and entertainment may be reduced)where children are welcome and entertainment provided.
The Park is about 4 miles from Great Yarmouth town centre you also have Great Yarmouth horse racing and Greyhound racing about 2 miles down the road from the park.

You can pay the deposit money by cheque or cash through the post but if you send cash I advise you to send it recorded delivery. And the remaining balance is to be paid by cheque or cash through post.
