Price: We guarantee the cost of your holiday will be as agreed and as shown on the Confirmation of your booking which you will receive by post.

Party leader must be over 25 years old:  the party leader is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their group and shall ensure that no damage is caused to our caravans or nuisance caused to other holiday makers on the park. Any damages reported by Agents will be invoiced to the party Leader.

 
No same sex parties

No pets allowed in any of our Caravans

 

 Strictly No Smoking in the Caravans

Paying the balance of Your holiday: THE Balance of your holiday must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.  please remember to allow 5 working days prior to the COMMENCEMENT OF Y0UR HOLIDAY for your payment to reach us. Your holiday could be treated as a cancellation if your payment is not received by the due date.  If there is a problem Please Contact us immediately. 

Arrival and Departure times: YOUR ACCOMMODATION WILL BE available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. You may arrive at the park earlier AND USE THE PARK FACILITIES UNTIL YOUR ACCOMMODATION HAS BEEN CLEANED AND IS READY FOR OCCUPATION. In order for us to prepare the caravan for our next guests we ask that you vacate by 10am on THE day of departure.

 

Use of the Caravans: Only persons listed on the booking form/confirmation may occupy the accommodation and use the park facilities.  no more than 8 persons are permitted to occupy our caravans.

Please take care: Please treat our caravan with respect and care so we, the owners, and other GUESTS may continue to enjoy it. In the event that you notice ANY damage please report it to us immediately so we can take the necessary action to rectify the problem. Our caravans will be inspected at the end of YOUR holiday and you will be charged for any losses or damages found. We reserve the right to enter any accommodation in any emergency or under special circumstances.

Unreasonable behaviour: Where the unreasonable behaviour of anyone in the accommodation impairs the enjoyment, Comfort or health of other guests WE, THE OWNERS, OR HAVEN PERSONNEL reserve the right to terminate YOUR holiday without compensation.

Shortening your Holiday:
IF you decide to shorten your holiday for any reason after staying for a night or two no refund will be applicable. We cannot be held responsible for: 

·        Any disturbances made by other Holiday makers

·        park maintenance BY HAVEN/BOURNE LEISURE PERSONNEL

·        Tractors or caravan movement I.E. Caravans sited on the grounds waiting to be sold or sited ELSEWHERE on the PARK

·        general traffic from other holiday makers.

Deposit for keys and damage deposit:

There will be a £50 damage deposit this will cover you for any damages to the caravan and for a set of keys if you require an extra set of keys there will be an extra £20 deposit and you will receive all this back approximately 7 to 10 working days by cheque through the post when we received the keys back and if no damages.

 
 If we are informed by our agents on the Park that there are pets in the caravan you will be asked to vacate immediately.

The hirer is to pay the balance in full 6 weeks prior to the date of your holiday. We reserve the right to re-let the caravan without notice if the balance is not received on time.  The accommodation must be left in good order and condition; any damage must be reported to the owners or Haven Reception before your departure.
